1. Services
My Little Abba provides a platform for creating personalized, AI-generated children's storybooks. Our services include story generation, illustration creation, digital PDF delivery, and optional printed book fulfillment through our printing partner.
2. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. Content and Intellectual Property
When you create a book through our platform:
- You retain ownership of any photos you upload.
- The AI-generated story text and illustrations are created specifically for you and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the generated content.
- We reserve the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services.
4. User Content and Conduct
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate for our family-oriented platform.
5. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page and are subject to change. For printed books:
- Orders are final once submitted for printing.
- If you are not satisfied with the print quality, we will reprint your book for free or provide a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
- Digital PDF purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.
6. Printed Book Fulfillment
Printed books are produced and shipped by our printing partner. Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing. Tracking information will be provided when available.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
